an On Demand Food Ordering App
Allowing customers to effortlessly grab a coffee and breakfast to start their morning with a Moonrise!

User Research
was conducted through User Surveys and User Interviews.
Data was then compiled and synthesized into an Affinity Map, which was analyzed to find Key Insights.
Users find the current menu to be limited.
Users would attend the cafe it was open later in the afternoon and at night.
Users do not find the current website to be visually appealing.
Users believe that a rewards system would improve their experience.
Users struggle to track their orders.
The key insights were then used in order to determine a Target Demographic and develop User Personas.

Ian is a Gen-X fireman who grew up in North Haven, and still lives there today with his wife and three children. He is a full time fireman, while also working as a part time handyman and tradesman. He needs a local cafe or coffee shop near the fire station, where he can quickly, and promptly receive a cup of coffee that will be delicious as well as give Ian the caffeine boost that he needs to make it through his shift.
